What about the problem of beam’s rotation with a small column width and large beam width? Should the beam not be supported during every installation?

In the case of rotation on the support, it is possible to block the shear strain in the beam by means of anchors inserted into a reinforced column  or wall -  using e.g. a support with knives and filling the column shoe with concrete before the installation of the floor slabs. If there is a large beam and slab span, then in the case of the one-sided installation of floor slabs, it is recommended to temporarily support the beam at the support from the ceiling side.
