L / 2000 would be the border to the stiff element in respect to the hollow core slabs. How should this be looked upon?

Reduction of the shear resistance of the hollow core slabs supported on the beam is unfortunately unavoidable. We recommend to fill the channels up on the whole support length of the HC slab on the beam with concrete grout as well as to apply shear reinforcement.
