How high are the load bearing capacities which we are able to obtain?

The PFEIFER-Hybridbeam composite beam is used in the structure as a flat primary beam with a high load-bearing capacity immediately able to carry a large initial loads already in the installation stage. An important condition for obtaining a full, very high load-bearing capacity of the floor slab in the final stage is the connection of the beam with the HC slabs. This is carried out by a double composite after pouring the installation holes in the beam and joints between the beam and the HC slabs:

• internal beam’s composite - through the headed studs connecting the beam’s steel part with the reinforced concrete part
• external beam- ceiling composite - through reinforcement connecting the beam with the ceiling and a special indentation on the side surface of the beam's concrete part
