In many respects, wood perfectly meets the requirements of sustainable development and is once again enjoying great popularity in the construction industry. Due to its unique construction properties and low weight, it is now a frequently chosen material.
The combination of wood and concrete as a composite ceiling was used again in our most recent implementation – this time in the extension of an elementary school in Ahlten near Hanover, where the wooden ceiling elements were supported with our HYBRIDBEAM^® composite beams.
